Talk about a double whammy.
In a viral video, an amateur mixed martial arts (MMA ) fighter suffered a double defeat (0-2) in a single night, despite only facing one opponent.
The amateur MMA fighter Lukasz Bukovac’s decision to propose inside the octagon, immediately following a loss, left some questioning the timing. The fighter proposed to his girlfriend immediately after the fight, but was–unfortunately–turned down.

While a win wouldn’t guarantee acceptance, the public rejection in front of a massive audience undoubtedly added another layer of sting for the fighter. His girlfriend, visibly uncomfortable, declined the proposal, citing unresolved issues between them. The entire scene, captured on video, has since gone viral.
