What will they think of next? Oral-B, the dental hygiene company claims that it is now using artificial intelligence (AI) to design the perfect toothbrush for you.
In a video, the company said its Oral-B Genius X Electric toothbrush uses AI to track how people brush their teeth, this in turn provides real-time feedback for a dentist-worthy clean.
This brush uses advanced AI to monitor your brushing technique and offers live feedback, ensuring a thorough clean every time, Oral-B claims.
According to Oral-B, the toothbrush, guided by AI, also detects if you’re brushing too hard, and thus hurting your gums.

A visible gum pressure control alerts you, and the brush slows down automatically to protect your gums. A red warning color means you’re brushing too hard.
The toothbrush also has 6 brushing modes and comes with a case that has a USB charger that can charge the toothbrush up to 12 days. You can also control the color of the alarm via your smartphone. Watch the video here.
