Telecoms giant Globe has unveiled new features of its digital platforms including GlobeOne app and Globe Online.

In a press release, Globe customers can save time and effort with the new and improved GlobeOne app and Globe’s online shop, Globe Online.

According to Globe, the new GlobeOne will allow customers to:

  • Pay bills effortlessly: Not just your Globe bills, but other utilities too!
  • Buy load and promos with a few taps
  • Earn and redeem points with Globe Rewards
  • Upgrade your prepaid SIM to 5G
  • Update your existing mobile plan
  • Seek help 24/7

Through the app, customers can also get assistance for the following:  Broadband repair request and bill inquiry.

Further, Globe said if you’re a new customer wanting to join the Globe family or an existing customer who wants to renew their mobile plan, Globe Online is your go-to destination. 

With Globe Online, you can:


  • Apply for a new postpaid mobile or broadband plan
  • Enjoy hassle-free renewal
  • Add broadband a plan to your existing postpaid account, no documents required
