A Filipino social organization has been selected as one of the seven Asian startups for the “Real Madrid Next Accelerator for Asia.”
The seven Asian startups have been selected out of more than 800 applicants.
On its website, the social startup a11y said it is focusing “democratizing accessibility.”
“In a previous product/brand incarnation, a11y was called Wika. But a11y is more understood globally, especially among people with disabilities, so we have rebranded Wika to a11y. We created this page specifically for Filipino Deaf, hard of hearing, and FSL interpreters,” a11y, in its welcome note, said.
