Xpress, a Filipino brand in the mobility sector, is launching a new fleet of electric vehicles (EVs) in partnership with BYD this February at the premiere events hall Blue Leaf in BGC.
This collaboration advances Xpress’s goal of sustainable transportation and supports local drivers through its Xpress Negosyo Program.
The new EVs, available for booking via the Xpress app, aim to reduce carbon emissions and enhance the passenger experience. Xpress plans to transition 30% of its fleet to EVs within three years. The launch event will feature a preview of the EV fleet and discussions on sustainable urban transport.

This collaboration marks also major step forward in Xpress’s commitment to eco-conscious mobility while creating new economic opportunities for local drivers through the Xpress Negosyo Program.
“At Xpress, we are focused on driving innovation that benefits both our passengers and our driver partners. Partnering with BYD allows us to accelerate our vision of a more sustainable and inclusive transportation system for Filipinos,” said Jean Lhuillier, Chairman of Xpress.
