PalawanPay has announced that it is now the official payment partner for the Eraserheads Electric Fun Music Festival, scheduled for May 31, 2025, at the SMDC Festival Grounds.
The partnership aims to streamline the concert ticketing process through the PalawanPay mobile application.
The collaboration introduces a digital ticketing system, allowing users to purchase tickets directly through the app, eliminating the need for traditional ticketing queues. PalawanPay users will have exclusive early access to ticket sales ahead of the general public.
From March 29 to April 16, PalawanPay is offering a 5% discount on all ticket tiers purchased through the app.
The PalawanPay application features a dedicated section for Eraserheads ticket purchases, enabling users to select ticket tiers, add them to their cart, and complete transactions digitally. Users will receive a transaction reference number via email, which can be used to claim physical tickets at SM Ticket outlets 24 hours after purchase.
The purchasing process involves four steps: downloading and signing up for PalawanPay, verifying the account, purchasing tickets through the app, and claiming the physical tickets at SM Ticket outlets.
In addition to the discount, PalawanPay is holding a raffle draw for users who purchase tickets between March 29 and April 16, with one winner receiving four SVIP tickets.
John Paulo Llamera, Brand Manager of PalawanPay, stated that winners who already purchased SVIP tickets will receive a refund and three additional SVIP tickets, while those who purchased lower-tier tickets will receive an upgrade to SVIP.
