IBPAP’s Solaia Awards return to celebrate IT-BPM industry’s brightest

IBPAP

Despite global uncertainties, economic shifts, and the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence (AI), the Philippine IT and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) sector remains on a strong growth trajectory.

The industry generated $38 billion in revenues in 2024 and now employs over 1.82 million Filipinos—proof of its resilience, innovation, and the country’s global competitiveness.

This standard of excellence will take center stage at Solaia 2025, the IT-BPM industry’s premier awards event, organized by the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP). Now in its second year, Solaia honors the most progressive companies, groundbreaking innovations, and transformative partnerships shaping the future of the IT-BPM sector.

“The Solaia is more than a celebration—it’s a reminder that the Philippine IT-BPM industry remains unshaken in the face of global headwinds. We continue to lead with resilience, skill, and a world-class workforce that is renowned on the global stage,” said IBPAP President and CEO Jack Madrid.
