The enhanced network rollout coincides with the celebration of National Information and Communications Technology (NICT) Month this June. The province of Batanes is hosting key events led by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) to spotlight efforts aimed at bringing digital services to even the most remote areas of the Philippines.
Smart launches exclusive free promo for Batanes customers
To celebrate its expanded LTE coverage, Smart is offering an exclusive free promo for both prepaid and postpaid customers in Batanes, including TNT users. The special package includes 2.5GB of data valid for 3 days, 25 all-network call minutes, and 25 all-network SMS—marking TNT’s 25th anniversary and Smart’s 34th year of service.
