TCL Philippines turned up the energy at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall as it staged TechMania: CoolFest Year 2, a massive celebration that blended music, technology, and Filipino creativity. Co-presented by SM Appliance Center, the event drew hundreds of fans and tech enthusiasts eager to experience TCL’s latest innovations firsthand.
Far from a typical product launch, CoolFest transformed into an immersive festival where guests explored cutting-edge appliances, played interactive games, and watched live performances by popular artists and content creators. The centerpiece of the event was the Smart Living Zone, an experiential space where attendees tested TCL’s newest lineup of smart TVs, air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators.

Among the most talked-about displays was TCL’s 98-inch QD-Mini LED TV, which towered over the crowd with vivid visuals and advanced features. Visitors also got hands-on with appliances like the FreshIN 3.0 Inverter Air Conditioner and the WashPro Combo+, all designed with energy-saving technologies and smart connectivity. Fans who registered and joined the “Spin the Wheel” game took home exclusive merchandise.
TCL Deputy Director of Sales Cyd Montebon opened the program with a message marking the brand’s 25th anniversary in the Philippines. “Today, we unveil our latest lineup—a fusion of cutting-edge technology and everyday brilliance. These innovations mark a new chapter in our commitment to smarter, healthier, and cooler Filipino homes,” Montebon said.

The celebration reached its peak with the appearance of Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo, who shared how TCL has become part of her daily life. “It honestly feels so amazing to be here again. I feel so lucky to be part of a brand that’s not just about innovation, but about making real connections,” Kathryn told her fans, before joining interactive games with the lucky “Coolfest Barkada.”
Capping off the festivities, indie band Lola Amour electrified the audience with their hits “San Kakapit,” “Dance,” and the viral anthem “Raining in Manila.” The band’s performance underscored TCL’s vision of combining entertainment with innovation to create memorable experiences.
