Global hospitality leader Best Western International has formalized a major partnership with the Philippines’ Savers Group Holdings (SGH) through the signing of a Developer Agreement.
Signatories for Savers Group Holdings include Chairman Jaime Uy, President and COO Jansen Ivan Uy, and Executive Vice President Justine Shaun Uy. Representing Best Western International are Vice President for Asia Pacific Olivier Berrivin, Managing Director for Operations Rodney Simpson, and Managing Director for Development Cyrill Czerwonka.

As Best Western’s newly appointed Exclusive Developer in the Philippines, Savers Group Holdings — a diversified conglomerate with a robust footprint in real estate, retail, and hospitality — will have exclusive rights to identify, assist, and develop hotels seeking to upgrade or affiliate with Best Western’s family of trusted brands. These include Best Western, Best Western Plus, Best Western Premier, BW Signature Collection, SureStay Hotel, SureStay Plus Hotel, SureStay Studio, and SureStay Collection by Best Western.
The partnership aims to accelerate the brand’s nationwide expansion, particularly in high-growth areas such as Clark, Subic, Metro Manila, and other emerging destinations.
In line with this strategic growth, Savers Group Holdings proudly announces the upcoming opening of the Best Western Plus Hotel Subic, set to welcome guests this July 2025. Located in one of the country’s most promising tourist and business destinations, Best Western Plus Hotel Subic will offer modern accommodations, upscale amenities, and the signature hospitality the Best Western brand is known for worldwide.
Chairman Uy emphasized that the partnership aligns with the Savers Group’s vision of helping transform Central Luzon, especially Clark and Subic, as well as the rest of the country, into a thriving hospitality and tourism hub.
