HONOR Philippines is set to launch the HONOR 400 Pro 5G on August 2, highlighting its cutting-edge 200MP Super Sensing AI Camera System—a feature that took center stage during its showcase at The New Hue Video Music Awards (VMA) 2025.
As part of a strategic partnership with The New Hue, HONOR used the event to demonstrate the imaging power of its latest flagship, positioning the 400 Pro 5G as a next-generation device for mobile content creators. The phone’s camera system includes a 50MP telephoto lens powered by Sony’s IMX856 sensor, featuring 3x optical zoom, optical image stabilization (OIS), and a suite of AI-enhanced portrait tools designed to produce vivid, lifelike shots.

One highlight from the event was the recognition of local band Cup of Joe as “AI Portrait Masters,” after their VMA portraits—captured using the HONOR 400 Pro—drew attention for their detail and dynamic range. Other Filipino acts like Maki, Amiel Sol, and Janine Teñoso also attended the awards night, giving the device additional exposure among Gen Z and millennial music fans.
The 400 Pro 5G also boasts an AI Super Zoom feature, capable of up to 50x zoom using AIGC-enhanced algorithms, making it well-suited for both creative and functional photography needs.
The smartphone launch underscores HONOR’s focus on imaging technology and its growing push into lifestyle and creator markets. More details can be found at www.hihonor.com/ph or through HONOR Philippines’ official social media pages.
