With an eye to expanding its manpower by a thousand more in the next few months, customer experience (CX) services provider Fusion CX is expanding its facilities in the country.

On Monday, Fusion CX formally unveiled its $4 million Mandaluyong facility, adding 836 seats to its current capacity.

The unveiling of the facility, located at 500 Shaw Boulevard, follows the recent opening of a 275-seat facility in Legazpi City.

“With established operations in Cebu and Silang (Cavite), the Manila and Legazpi centers now serve as pillars of Fusion CX’s delivery strategy centered on inclusive growth, decentralized talent development, and technology-powered transformation,” the company said in a statement.

Pankaj Dhanuka, Fusion CX co-founder and chairman, said that between the newly established facilities and the previously existing ones, the company has “roughly around 3,000 seats.”

Manish Jain, Fusion CX chief marketing and strategy officer, said the company helps clients acquire customers as part of its operations.

“We help support them by providing customer service. We run loyalty programs for them, and then outside of the customer life cycle, we provide technical support,” he said.

In the Mandaluyong facility, Fusion CX’s new Manila center is designed to “empower employees and enhance client delivery.”

“The facility blends infrastructure with an inclusive, people-first culture,” it said.

Among the key features of the Manila center are an AI Solutions Command Hub; multichannel delivery zones for seamless voice, chat, email, and social media interactions; collaborative workspaces supporting continuous learning and employee engagement; and infrastructure including training rooms, boardrooms, and staff amenities.

The facility opened with over 500 CX professionals, with scalable infrastructure designed to expand rapidly as client needs grow, Fusion CX said.

Michelle Rose Ferolin, Fusion CX head of human resources for the Philippines, said that while the company is looking to add 1,000 more employees in the next few months, it is optimistic it will hire more than forecasted given past experience.

“This facility sets a new benchmark for how we deliver CX. It’s built for speed, built for people, and built to lead. It unifies our capabilities to serve clients across industries with multilingual, AI-powered services. These investments reflect our long-term vision and deep trust in our exceptional Filipino team,” said Kishore Saraogi, Fusion CX co-founder and chief operating officer (COO), in a statement.

Saraogi said Fusion CX’s continued expansion “demonstrates its belief in the depth and resilience of Filipino talent and the country’s rising importance in global CX.”

“By investing not only in urban hubs like Manila but also in high-potential regions such as Legazpi, the company aims to foster inclusive progress and sustainable growth across the Philippines,” he added.
