Acer today announced a broad expansion of its consumer product portfolio during its next@acer global press conference at IFA. The lineup includes additions to its Iconia X and Iconia A series tablets, a pair of elegant monitors from amadana, the high-performance Acer CE270U Z OLED display, and the Acer Connect T36 Wi-Fi 7 Dual-Band Mesh Router—all designed to improve how people work, learn, and stay connected.
Acer Iconia X Series Tablets
The Iconia X series tablets are crafted to support both productivity and entertainment, powered by Android™, vivid displays, and AI-enabled features that enhance everyday experiences.
The Acer Iconia X12 (X12-21M) features a vibrant 12.6-inch WQXGA AMOLED display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 400 nits peak brightness, and a smooth 60 Hz refresh rate, producing striking visuals and responsive touch with in-cell technology. Weighing just 500 g and finished in matte black, it delivers a premium style and feel. It runs on a MediaTek Helio G99 processor with 8 GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256 GB of expandable storage (up to 1 TB via microSD slot) and offers up to 16 hours of battery life.
Its 13 MP rear camera with flash ensures sharp photos even in low light, while the 5 MP front camera supports clear video calls and selfies. Quad stereo speakers enhance the audio experience, while dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB PD 2.0 Type-C port provide reliable connectivity. Optional accessories include a stylus pen, detachable keyboard, and magnetic kickstand.
The Acer Iconia X14 (X14-M1N) offers a 14-inch FHD OLED display with wide viewing angles and a refined ZeroFrame design. It comes with a processor featuring a built-in NPU, up to 8 GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage, expandable up to 1 TB. AI-powered features such as AI Smart Sensing, AI Super Resolution, and Smile Camera enhance usability. The tablet includes an 8 MP rear camera, 5 MP front camera, up to 10 hours of battery life, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C 2.0 port, all within a durable Iron Gray chassis with a built-in kickstand.
Acer Iconia A Series Tablets
The new Iconia A16 (A16-M1N) and A14 (A14-M1N) tablets balance performance, vibrant displays, and AI-powered features. Both run Android 15 with up to 8 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of expandable UFS 3.1 storage. Their processors with built-in NPUs support advanced AI tools such as AI Smart Sensing, AI Super Resolution, and Smile Camera.
The A16 features a 16-inch FHD IPS display, while the A14 offers a 14-inch FHD IPS display. Both adopt ZeroFrame designs, wide viewing angles, built-in tripod-style kickstands, 8 MP rear cameras, 5 MP front cameras, and up to 10 hours of battery life. With dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4, users benefit from faster downloads, lower latency, and stable connections.
Additionally, all Iconia tablets feature Acer Screen Casting, turning each device into a wireless display for laptops via Wi-Fi. This feature supports multitasking, presentations, streaming, and creative projects in a clutter-free setup.
Debuting amadana Monitors
Acer also showcased two new monitors under its amadana brand, recognized for its minimalist Japanese design.
- The amadana 16APM1QJ is a 15.6-inch ultra-thin portable monitor with an IPS panel, wide viewing angles, a built-in stand with up to 90° tilt, and connectivity through mini-HDMI and USB Type-C. Weighing just 0.65 kg, it is ideal for both work and entertainment.
- The amadana 27ART0 P1 is a 27-inch ZeroFrame IPS display with a 144 Hz refresh rate, Dynamic Refresh Rate functionality, and 99% sRGB color gamut support. With HDMI and VGA inputs, it offers versatility for home and office use.
In addition, the Acer CE270U Z, a 26.5-inch OLED monitor, boasts a 2560×1440 resolution and 280 Hz refresh rate. It supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, a 0.03 ms response time, 1,000 nits peak brightness in HDR mode, and 99% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. With built-in 3W speakers and an adjustable tilt, it caters to gamers, creators, and movie enthusiasts alike.
Acer Connect T36 Wi-Fi 7 Dual-Band Mesh Router
The Acer Connect T36 Wi-Fi 7 Dual-Band Mesh Router is engineered for fast and reliable internet across homes and offices. Powered by a quad-core ARM-based processor, it supports Wi-Fi 7 with dual-band speeds up to 3,600 Mbps. This enables smooth 4K streaming, low-latency gaming, and seamless smart home automation.
With mesh technology, users can extend coverage and enjoy uninterrupted connectivity as they move across rooms. The modular system allows nodes to be added for higher network demands. Setup and customization are managed through the Acer Connect App, while the compact design ensures it blends into any space. It includes three RJ45 connectors (one WAN and two LAN) and is powered by a 12V 1A DC jack.
