Filipino-owned tech company bXTRA PH has unveiled an expanded customer loyalty and cashback ecosystem designed to support local businesses and empower consumers through a unified digital platform that rewards everyday transactions and strengthens merchant engagement.
“This milestone is more than just a platform upgrade; it reflects our commitment to reshaping how customer loyalty and cashback drive real business growth,” said Jan-Vincent Paredes Mercado, President and Managing Director of BeepXtra Philippines, Inc. “We’re not just building a platform; we’re building a better way to shop, earn, and give back.”
Established in 2018 as the Philippines’ first cloud-based customer loyalty platform with integrated marketing and e-commerce tools, bXTRA PH continues to expand its capabilities.
The enhanced app now includes a QR-based loyalty system, PASUYO personal shopping service, food delivery, online bookings, merchant support tools, and the “Trash to Cashback” program, which ties sustainability initiatives to consumer incentives.

The company said its platform is gaining wider adoption, currently supporting 73 active stores and more than 67,000 registered users. Merchants can access a full vendor dashboard that provides backend support for order management, customer engagement, and sales tracking. The streamlined onboarding process aims to help micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) digitize their operations with fewer barriers.
Avelino De Jesus II, Chief Operating Officer of BeepXtra Philippines, Inc., underscored the platform’s user-first design. “This platform was built by listening closely to our partners and users. Every feature is designed to be practical, scalable, and distinctly Filipino,” he said during a media roundtable hosted by bXTRA PH.
The event, held at Blackbird at the Nielson Tower, included a live demo of the upgraded app and discussions on the company’s growth, social impact programs, and value proposition for MSMEs. Executives emphasized bXTRA PH’s goal of helping local enterprises compete in the digital economy while delivering meaningful rewards to consumers.
As a Filipino-built platform, bXTRA PH said it aims to turn customer loyalty into lasting value, contributing to a more connected, inclusive, and sustainable commerce landscape.
