Digital travel platform Agoda, through its strategic partnerships arm Rocket Travel by Agoda, has announced a long-term strategic collaboration with the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) to showcase Saudi Arabia’s rich heritage and diverse experiences to travelers across the Asia-Pacific region.

Launched during WiT Singapore, the first campaign of the collaboration, Spectacular Saudi, will leverage immersive storytelling, curated cultural experiences, and exclusive travel offers to drive inbound tourism from 11 key Asian markets.

Campaign to drive Asian travelers to Saudi Arabia

The Spectacular Saudi campaign will run until 28 February 2026, targeting travelers from Singapore, China, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Japan, Australia, South Korea, and Thailand.

To generate strong travel demand through targeted advertising, the Saudi Tourism Authority will leverage Agoda’s Media Solutions to reach active travelers, deploying a comprehensive marketing campaign that spans both Agoda’s digital platforms and external channels.

The initiative aims to reach large audiences of potential travelers and strengthen Saudi’s position as a must-visit destination.

Four-year partnership to strengthen Saudi’s tourism appeal

Building on the success of Spectacular Saudi, Agoda and the Saudi Tourism Authority’s 4-year collaboration will continue until the end of 2029.

The partnership will maximize Agoda’s extensive online reach through a mix of marketing activities, including onsite banners, content collaborations, and social media amplification.

To encourage bookings, the campaign will also feature exclusive discounts on selected Saudi accommodations, giving travelers more reasons to explore the Kingdom.

Promoting Saudi’s hidden gems

Through dedicated landing pages, travelers can discover Saudi Arabia’s hidden gems, vibrant cities, and cultural landmarks.

Agoda will also enhance the visibility of Saudi-based hotels, enabling property partners to gain premium exposure to thousands of travel-ready users across the platform.
