From August 15 to 20, the Xpress Super App Training Hub in Parañaque City drew a record crowd as professional drivers across Metro Manila sought to join the Philippines’ fastest-growing mobility platform.
The weeklong event allowed applicants to complete one-day processing, with many hired on the spot.
One-day onboarding accelerates driver recruitment
The event welcomed both male and female drivers holding Professional Driver’s Licenses for 2-wheel motorcycles or 4-wheel cars.
Applicants needed a valid license, NBI clearance, and OR & CR of their vehicle. For those without vehicles, Xpress offered a special support program to ensure no qualified driver missed the opportunity.
Earnings, benefits, and incentives drive interest
Drivers were drawn by competitive pay of up to ₱30,000 per month, full employee benefits including 13th month pay, and exclusive prizes.
The event highlighted Xpress’ commitment to making its app not just a platform for rides, but a movement empowering drivers throughout Metro Manila.
Final round of mass hiring announced
Due to overwhelming demand, Xpress Super App will host one last round of mass hiring later this year — the final chance for drivers to join ahead of the company’s expansion. Interested applicants are encouraged to act quickly.
